8 oz green peppers, cut into thick pieces
2/3 c water
1 t minced garlic
1/2 T curry powder
1 t turmeric


  1. Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add in peppers and garlic
  3. Cover and cook until peppers start to soften
  4. Stir in spices and continue to cook, uncovered, until sauce reduces to desired consistency (Add more water, if needed)
