Ingredients

2 1/2 c hazelnuts
2 t vanilla extract
1 1/2 t powdered stevia (or 12 drops liquid stevia)
1/3 c cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 t pink salt
2/3 c unsweetened almond milk

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Roast hazelnuts for 10-15 minutes
  3. Remove skin from nuts and process in food processor or blender until nut butter consistency is reached
  4. Blend in remaining ingredients
  5. Store in airtight container at room temp or in refrigerator
