Ingredients

8 oz celery
3 oz cooked chicken breast
2 T Simple Girl Sweet Mustard Dressing
1 T yellow mustard
1 T dijon mustard
8-16 drops stevia
1/4 t garlic powder

Directions
  1. Fill large saucepan 1/2 full and bring to a boil
  2. Slice celery into long, thin strips
  3. Add celery to boiling water, cover, and boil 15-20 minutes, until soft and noodle-like
  4. Drain and transfer celery to bowl/plate
  5. Stir dressing into noodles
  6. Cut chicken into strips or bites
  7. Combine mustards, stevia and garlic power in small bowl
  8. Add chicken and stir until well coated
  9. Place chicken on top of celery noodles
