8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T regular yellow mustard
1 dropperful stevia
pink salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Heat vinegar in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until tender
  3. Add in stevia and mustard and continue cooking, add water if needed 
  4. Remove from heat and season with pink salt and pepper
