Hot Garlic Tomatoes & Brussel Sprouts

8 oz brussel sprouts, steamed
8 oz grape tomatoes
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T water
1 t minced garlic
1 1/2 t hot sauce, divided
1/2 t Bragg’s liquid aminos
stevia, if desired


  1. Brown garlic in apple cider vinegar and water in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Stir in brussel sprouts, tomatoes, 1 t hot sauce, and liquid aminos (stevia may be added for a sweeter sauce)
  3. Place lid on skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes are soft and start to break open
  4. Transfer to plate and drizzle with remaining 1/2 t hot sauce
    (Shown served with Old Bay Cod for a total of 288 calories)
