Ingredients:
1 large (12.5 oz) can Premium Chunk White Chicken in Water
1-2 c water
16 oz frozen, chopped kale
6 medium celery sticks, chopped
1/3 c canned coconut cream
3 T Simple Girl hot sauce (or other hot sauce of choice)
4 T crumbled goat cheese
Directions:
- Combine kale, celery, and 1/2 c water in saucepan over med-high heat
- Cover and cook until celery starts to soften
- Stir in can of chicken (including liquid from can), coconut cream, hot sauce, and any additional water desired
- Allow to simmer until heated through
- Portion into 4 bowls
- Top each with 1 T goat cheese and a drizzle of additional hot sauce
