Hot Wing Soup

1 large (12.5 oz) can Premium Chunk White Chicken in Water
1-2 c water
16 oz frozen, chopped kale
6 medium celery sticks, chopped
1/3 c canned coconut cream
3 T Simple Girl hot sauce (or other hot sauce of choice)
4 T crumbled goat cheese


  1. Combine kale, celery, and 1/2 c water in saucepan over med-high heat
  2. Cover and cook until celery starts to soften
  3. Stir in can of chicken (including liquid from can), coconut cream, hot sauce, and any additional water desired
  4. Allow to simmer until heated through
  5. Portion into 4 bowls
  6. Top each with 1 T goat cheese and a drizzle of additional hot sauce
