Italian Chicken Asparagus

3/4 c tomato sauce
8 oz asparagus
3.5 oz ground chicken
1 t italian seasoning
1/4 t rosemary
1/4 t chili powder
pink salt, to taste


  1. In saucepan, combine tomato sauce and spices and simmer a few minutes
  2. Add ground chicken and cook a few minutes until chicken is cooked through
  3. Chop asparagus into bite sized pieces
  4. Steam asparagus until desired softness is reached
  5. Pour sauce over asparagus
  6. Sprinkle with pink salt
