Ingredients:

3 large tomatoes, chopped in bite sized pieces
2 mini cucumbers, cut in half and sliced thin
3 mozzarella string cheese sticks, sliced into thin rounds
2 T minced garlic
1 T olive oil
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 T italian seasoning
1 T grated parmesan cheese
pink salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, and mozzarella cheese in bowl
  2. Stir in oil, vinegar, italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and pink salt
  3. Place lid on bowl and allow to marinate in refrigerator before eating
