Kale Crustless Quiche

1 1/2 c frozen chopped kale
1 egg
1/2 c egg whites
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder
additional seasoning, if desired
pink salt, to taste


  1. Season kale with spices
  2. Steam seasoned kale
  3. Heat 2 T water in skillet over med-high heat
  4. Place steamed kale in skillet
  5. Season eggs and whisk together in bowl 
  6. Pour eggs over kale
  7. Place lid on skillet and cook until eggs are cooked through 
  8. Slide off skillet and onto plate
  9. Sprinkle with pink salt
