Ingredients:
4 c. chopped kale
1 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
4 large green olives, finely chopped
2 c. coleslaw mix
2 T. nutritional yeast
2 T. avocado oil
2 T. coconut aminos
1/4 tsp. celery seed
2 T. water
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic flakes
Directions:
- Combine kale, coleslaw mix, carrots, onion, pepper, and olives in large mixing bowl with lid.
- In small bowl, whisk together avocado oil, coconut aminos, water, celery seed, vinegar, garlic, and nutritional yeast.
- Pour dressing over slaw mix.
- Place lid on bowl and shake vigorously until dressing is well distributed.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
