Kefir Coleslaw

Ingredients:

4 c thinly sliced cabbage
2 c shredded carrots
2 T parsley
1 T minced onion
1/2 c plain kefir
1 T olive oil
1 T red wine vinegar
2 dropperfuls liquid stevia
1/4 t pink salt
1/4 t celery seed

Directions:

  1. Stir together cabbage, carrots and parsley in large bowl
  2. Whisk together onion, kefir, oil, vinegar, stevia, salt, and celery seed in another bowl
  3. ​Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat
  4. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving
