3.5 oz ground buffalo
1 T Simple Girl hot sauce (or other hot sauce of choice + 3 drops stevia)
1/2 t minced onion flakes
1/4 t smoked paprika


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with foil
  2. Place all ingredients in small bowl and mix together well with hands
  3. Form into 1″ balls/patties
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
  5. Flip over and bake another 5 minutes
