Ingredients:
5 oz shrimp, steamed
6 oz green cabbage, chopped
2 oz purple cabbage, sliced thin
2 small lemons (or 1 large)
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
2/3 c water
pink salt
1 tsp (more or less, to taste) black pepper
Directions:
- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
- Add cabbage and minced garlic then cover and cook, stirring occasionally
- Peel lemons, cut into 1/4″ rounds, and remove any seeds
- Add lemons, garlic powder, minced onion, pink salt, and pepper to skillet then cover and cook a few more minutes, until lemons start to break apart and liquid reduces to sauce consistency (may need to add more water)
- Stir in steamed shrimp until coated with sauce
- Transfer to plate and top with more pink salt and pepper
