- 1/8 tsp. pink salt
- ¼ tsp. stevia extract or Vanilla, or English toffee liquid stevia
- ½ to 1 tsp. xanthan gum
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except xanthan gum into a medium saucepan.
- Sprinkle xanthan gum lightly over the surface of the syrup and whisk to incorporate.
- Taste and adjust flavors then turn heat up to medium.
- Let the syrup come to a simmer and thicken.
- Remove from burner and allow to thicken and cool slightly.
- Serve warm or cold.
