16 oz cauliflower, chopped
3 roasted garlic cloves
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t chives
salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Steam cauliflower in saucepan until softened, about 6-8 minutes
  2. Drain cauliflower and transfer to food processor
  3. Add in garlic cloves and seasonings and process until desired texture is reached
