Ingredients:
16 oz cauliflower, chopped
3 roasted garlic cloves
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t chives
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Steam cauliflower in saucepan until softened, about 6-8 minutes
- Drain cauliflower and transfer to food processor
- Add in garlic cloves and seasonings and process until desired texture is reached
