7 oz lean ground beef
2 t dijon mustard
2 T. minced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Sage
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. Basil
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper


  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Mix all ingredients together by hand in a small bowl
  3. Forms mixture into 1″ balls and place on baking sheet
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
