Ingredients:
1 T golden flax meal
1 1/2 t coconut flour
1/4 t baking powder
1 1/2 t unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c liquid egg whites
1 dropperful SweetLeaf stevia (more or less, to taste)
1/4 t vanilla, almond, mint, or other extract of choice (optional)
Directions:
- Grease Mini Loaf Pan
- Pour egg whites into loaf pan
- Mix in flax meal, coconut flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, stevia, and extract, if desired.
- Allow to sit and thicken for a minute
- Microwave for 1 1/2 -2 minutes (or bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean)
