Mocha Coffee Bites (Bombs)

3/4 c (12 T) coconut oil, melted
6 T unsweetened cocoa/cacao powder
10 dropperfuls stevia (or to taste)
12 T whole coffee beans


  1. Line muffin tray with 12 aluminum foil cupcake tins 
  2. Combine coconut oil, cocoa powder, and stevia 
  3. Spoon 2 T of mixture into each cupcake tin
  4. Add 1 T whole coffee beans to each tin
  5. Move tray to freezer for 5-10 minutes, until solid
  6. Remove tray from freezer
  7. Fold edges of cupcake tins around candy and return to fridge or freezer for storage until ready to eat
