Ingredients:
3/4 c (12 T) coconut oil, melted
6 T unsweetened cocoa/cacao powder
10 dropperfuls stevia (or to taste)
12 T whole coffee beans
Directions:
- Line muffin tray with 12 aluminum foil cupcake tins
- Combine coconut oil, cocoa powder, and stevia
- Spoon 2 T of mixture into each cupcake tin
- Add 1 T whole coffee beans to each tin
- Move tray to freezer for 5-10 minutes, until solid
- Remove tray from freezer
- Fold edges of cupcake tins around candy and return to fridge or freezer for storage until ready to eat
