8 oz cooked chicken breast
2 T tomato paste
1 T nutritional yeast
¼ c Daisy 4% fat cottage cheese
1/2 t italian seasoning
1/4 t garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to broil
  2. Place chicken breasts onto baking sheet
  3. Stir tomato paste, nutritional yeast, cottage cheese, italian seasoning, and garlic powder together
  4. Spread half of mixture evenly onto each chicken breast
  5. Sprinkle with additional italian seasoning
  6. Broil 3-5 minutes
