Ingredients:
8 oz cooked chicken breast
2 T tomato paste
1 T nutritional yeast
¼ c Daisy 4% fat cottage cheese
1/2 t italian seasoning
1/4 t garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to broil
- Place chicken breasts onto baking sheet
- Stir tomato paste, nutritional yeast, cottage cheese, italian seasoning, and garlic powder together
- Spread half of mixture evenly onto each chicken breast
- Sprinkle with additional italian seasoning
- Broil 3-5 minutes
