1 c. warm water
1 dropperful SweetLeaf English Toffee stevia
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2-1 tsp. xanthan gum
- Over medium heat, combine water, stevia, and cinnamon in small saucepan with whisk.
- Sprinkle xanthan gum on top then whisk and allow to simmer for a couple minutes (adding more xanthan gum, if needed, until desired consistency is reached).
- Remove from burner and allow to thicken and cool slightly.
