Paleo English Muffin
1 egg
1 T Bragg’s nutritional yeast
2 mushrooms, sliced thin
1 t coconut oil
1 t chives
1/2 t onion flakes
pink salt, to taste


  1. Toast Paleo English Muffin
  2. Melt coconut oil in small skillet
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened
  4. Stir in egg, nutritional yeast, chives, and onion flakes
  5. Cook until egg is fully cooked
  6. Place egg between english muffin pieces and top with pink salt
