8 oz mushrooms
1/2 T minced onion flakes
1/4 t onion powder
1 t sage
1/2 t thyme
1 t parsley
1/4 t celery seed
pink salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Pulse mushrooms in food processor until finely chopped
  2. Transfer to skillet with a little water over med-high heat and cook until softened
  3. Drain liquid and return to stovetop oven low heat
  4. Stir in all spices and cook another 2 minutes
