Ingredients:
6 oz. ground turkey
1 c. steamed broccoli
2 eggs
2 c. diced mushrooms
1/4 c. almond flour
2 T. nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pink salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain broccoli in collander and wring out excess liquid.
- Combine turkey, broccoli, eggs, and mushrooms in food processor until well incorporated.
- Add in almond flour, spices, and nutritional yeast and process again.
- Form into 4 patties and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, flip, then bake another 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, flip again, then bake another 5 minutes.
