Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
½ c. quick oats
½ c. FiberYum IMO syrup (or honey)
2 droppers stevia
½ tsp. pink salt
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c. unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 T. coconut oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
½ c. raisins
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 8×8 inch pan.
- Combine all ingredients (except raisins) in food processor until smooth.
- Stir in raisins.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Bake 55 minutes.
- Allow to cool 15 minutes before cutting.
