Ingredients:

5 oz steamed shrimp
8 oz riced cauliflower (pulse in food processor)
1/2 T Homemade Old Bay Seasoning
pink salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Steam cauliflower rice until cooked through
  2. Stir in Homemade Old Bay Seasoning
  3. Transfer to bowl then add steamed shrimp
  4. Sprinkle with pink salt
