Ingredients:

1/2 c almond flour
1/2 c tapioca flour
2 eggs
1 T coconut oil
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1 t baking powder
Dash of pink salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca, baking powder, and salt
  3. Mix in eggs, applesauce, and coconut oil
  4. Place round molds on a baking sheet and grease
  5. Pour batter into molds until almost at the top
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  7. Let cool slightly
  8. Slice in half
  9. Store in refrigerator
