Peach Almond Crumble

Ingredients:

Base:
4 ripe peaches
2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf vanilla creame stevia 
1 t cinnamon

Topping:
1/2 c almond flour 
2 packets powdered stevia
1 t cinnamon 
1 1/2 T coconut oil, room temp

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Poach peaches for 15-20 seconds in boiling water to remove skin then dice and place in bowl.
  3. Add cinnamon and stevia and mix well.
  4. Pour into small baking dish. 
  5. Mix together almond flour, stevia packets, cinnamon and coconut oil into a crumble.
  6. Sprinkle over top of peach mixture.
  7. Bake about 20 minutes or until done.
