Crustless Pizza

1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 T tomato sauce
italian seasoning, to taste
topping of choice

Directions
  1. Melt cheese in non-stick skillet over medium heat
  2. Cook until golden on edges
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool
  4. Slide onto paper bag
  5. Spread sauce onto pizza
  6. Top with spices and other desired toppings
  7. Cut into slices with pizza cutter
