1-2 dropperfuls stevia, to taste
1/4-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 T. canned coconut cream
- Whisk egg in microwave safe dish.
- Stir in pumpkin, stevia, and pie spice.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Top with coconut cream.
- Refrigerate until cooled throughout.
