Ingredients:
2 T coconut flour
1 T strawberry powder (powder from the bottom of the bag of freeze-dried strawberries)
1/4 t baking powder
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
8 drops liquid stevia
3 T liquid egg whites
2 T plain greek yogurt
4 drops SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia
1 strawberry
Directions:
- Combine coconut flour, strawberry powder, baking powder, almond milk and stevia in mug
- Add egg whites and whisk until combined
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes or bake at 350 until done (~20-30 minutes)
- Combine greek yogurt and vanilla creme stevia
- Spread on top of cooled cake
- Garnish with strawberry
