4 oz lean ground beef
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
4 oz mushrooms, quartered
1-2 cloves minced garlic
2 T Braggs Nutritional Yeast
1 t coconut oil


  1. Brown beef in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Drain fat then return to stovetop
  3. Stir in coconut oil, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and garlic
  4. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are softened
  5. Stir in nutritional yeast (may need to add in some water)
