Ingredients:
1 green plantain
1 T avocado oil (or other oil of choice)
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees an line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Slice plantain thin with mandolin
- Toss plantain slices in oil then transfer to baking sheet
- Season with pink salt and any additional spices of choice
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through
