Ingredients:
2 c flax meal
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 T chopped walnuts
3 T shredded unsweetened coconut
4 T pumpkin puree
2 T unsweetened applesauce
1 t cinnamon
10 whole almonds
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients together except whole almonds
- Spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet
- Place one pecan in center of where each bar will be cut after baking
- Bake 45-60 minutes (or until golden brown)
- Let cool and cut into 10 bars
