1.5 T canned pumpkin
2 T flax meal
1/2 T coconut flour
1/8 t baking soda + 1/2 t vinegar (or 1/2 t baking powder)
1/4 t stevia powder (more or less to taste)
1 t pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
1 t coconut oil, melted

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a coffee mug
  2. Microwave for 1.5 minutes on high (Or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes)
