1/2 c pumpkin
1/2 c coconut oil, melted
1/4 c maple syrup
1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 c sliced almonds
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries 
1/2 c Lily’s chocolate chips 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine pumpkin, coconut oil, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and eggs in blender or food processor until well mixed
  3. Stir in nuts, seeds, berries, and chocolate chips
  4. Drop 15 heaping spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet
  5. Bake for 15 minutes
