Ingredients:

4 stalks celery
1 carrot
2 hearts of palm
8 radishes
6 heirloom grape tomatoes
1/4 c shredded red cabbage
2 T dijon mustard
1 T chives
1/4 t onion powder
pink salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
  2. Stir in mustard and spices until well combined
