1 red bell pepper
1 cucumber
1/2 t dill
1/4 t Simple Girl BBQ seasoning
2 T Bragg’s apple cider vinegar
1/2 t onion flakes
1/2 t minced garlic
pink salt, to taste
stevia, to taste


  1. Chop cucumber and pepper into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
  2. Stir in  onion, garlic, dill, BBQ seasoning, and pink salt
  3. Add vinegar and enough water to cover veggies
  4. Add stevia, to taste
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat
  6. Drain off desired amount of liquid and serve

* May add olive or avocado oil as well
