Ingredients:
5 oz cooked shrimp
1.5 c okra
2 t minced garlic
1 c water
1 c Swanson Chicken Stock
1 T Cajun Seasoning
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t xanthan gum
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Bring water and chicken stock to simmer in saucepan
- Add okra and garlic then cover with lid and cook until okra is tender
- Stir in Cajun Seasoning and onion powder then cover with lid and cook 2 minutes
- Whisk xanthan gum into saucepan and cook 2 more minutes
- Cut shrimp into bite sized pieces and add to saucepan
