Salsa Spinach

8 oz spinach 
1/2 c tomato sauce
1/4 c salsa 
1/2 c diced tomatoes
1/4 t garlic powder
pink salt, to taste


  1. Heat spinach in skillet with small amount of water over med-high heat
  2. Drain liquid off spinach
  3. Return skillet to stovetop over low heat
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salsa, and garlic powder
  5. Cook until heated through
  6. Sprinkle with pink salt
