1 apple, sliced thin
2 T water
1 T coconut oil
1/2 t cinnamon
1 dropperful SweetLeaf english toffee stevia
pink salt


  1. Melt coconut oil in small skillet over med-high heat
  2. Stir in apple and water
  3. Cover and allow to cook until apple are tender
  4. Stir in stevia and cinnamon
  5. Continue cooking and allow liquid to reduce to desired sauce consistency (can add more water for a thinner sauce)
  6. Spoon apples onto plate
  7. Drizzle remaining sauce onto apples
  8. Sprinkle with pink salt
