½ c. cashews (or almonds)
2 T. nutritional yeast
½ tsp. pink salt
⅛ tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender cup.
  2. Pulse until parmesan cheese-like consistency is reached.
  3. Store in refrigerator or at room temperature.
