2 c frozen okra
2 c cauliflower, riced
1/2 T coconut oil
1 T Braggs Nutritional Yeast
4 oz cooked shrimp
hot sauce, to taste
pink salt, to taste
Simple Girl BBQ Seasoning, to taste
stevia, optional


  1. Boil cauliflower and okra in saucepan until cooked through
  2. Drain and return to saucepan
  3. Stir in coconut oil, hot sauce, nutritional yeast, and stevia (if desired)
  4. Toss cooked shrimp in BBQ Seasoning
  5. Place all ingredients in bowl and sprinkle with pink salt
