Ingredients:
2 1/2 c almond flour
1/2 t pink salt
1/2 t baking soda
3 eggs
1 dropperful stevia
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Grease 7.5×3.5 loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in large bowl.
- Whisk eggs, stevia, and vinegar together in medium bowl.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- Scoop batter into loaf pan.
- Bake, on bottom rack, 45-55 minutes, or until knife comes out of center clean.
- Cool then cut into 12 slices.
