Ingredients:
5 oz albacore white tuna
8 oz cabbage
1/4-1/2 t smoked paprika
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Coarsely chop cabbage
- Steam cabbage in skillet over med-high heat, until softened
- Season with pink salt and pepper
- Combine tuna and smoked paprika in small bowl then plate on top of cabbage
