5 oz albacore white tuna
8 oz cabbage
1/4-1/2 t smoked paprika
pink salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Coarsely chop cabbage
  2. Steam cabbage in skillet over med-high heat, until softened
  3. Season with pink salt and pepper
  4. Combine tuna and smoked paprika in small bowl then plate on top of cabbage
