Smokey Garlic Hummus

Ingredients:

3 c chickpeas, rinsed
2 t minced garlic
3 T olive oil
2 T lemon juice
1 t cumin
1/4 c water
1 t pink salt
1/2 t smoked paprika (or more, to taste)

Directions:

  1. Add chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, smoked paprika, water, and salt to food processor 
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy (if needed, add more water one tablespoon at a time and continue blending until desired consistency is reached)
  3. Transfer to bowl 
  4. Sprinkle with additional paprika before serving
