You don’t need all that smoke, instead, you can make it right at home. The container serving size amount will be up to you. Heck if you want to add sunflower seeds you can even do that.

We can get all of that natural apple flavor and enhance it with ground cinnamon. This is a perfect multigrain snack.

While apples include sugars (carbohydrates) especially in the form of fructose (which is what makes fruit sweet), it does not mean they are unhealthy for you.

  • Slice apple into thin strips with mandolin and transfer to bowl
