Ingredients:
24 oz sour cream
24 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
stevia, to taste
1 t vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender.
- Pour into a wax paper lined spring pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Turn oven off and leave door ajar for an hour.
- Remove from oven and refrigerate overnight.
- Take cake out of pan by flipping onto a plate.
- Remove wax paper.
- Blot any moisture and reflip cake.
