Ingredients:
3.5 oz bison
1 apple
5 oz onion
1 t minced garlic
1/2 t sage
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t rosemary
1/2 t ground mustard powder
Directions:
- Cook bison with spices and garlic in skillet over med-high heat until beginning to brown
- Chop apple into bite sized pieces and slice onion thin
- Stir apple and onion into skillet
- Cover and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until apples and onions have softened
- Drain liquid and serve
