Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c almond flour
1 T paprika
½ t garlic powder
1 t cumin
1 t cayenne pepper
1 t black pepper
1 t pink salt
2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Cut chicken breasts into 1-2″ wide strips
Combine almond flour, paprika, garlic, cumin, cayenne, pepper, and salt in small bowl
Dip pieces of chicken in egg, then coat with spice mixture
Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet
Repeat with all chicken pieces
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden
